I am a young woman living with muscular dystrophy and I am now looking for a female personal assistant for night shifts. It is important to me to find someone who is reliable, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working closely with people.

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of my daily life. You need to be attentive, able to take the initiative, and comfortable working independently.

This is not a job that solely involves supervision or sitting still during the night. Some parts of the shift are active and involve both movement and practical tasks. Therefore, we believe you will thrive with varied tasks and are willing to take on less common chores when needed.

Previous experience in personal assistance is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You will receive an introduction and supervision so that you feel secure in the role and the tasks.

Since the position does not involve sleeping on-call, it is important that you can stay awake and alert throughout the entire shift.

For communication between us to work well, you need to speak and understand Swedish fluently.

About the position

Scope: At least 2 nights per week, approx. 16 hours per week

Working hours: 21:30–05:30 (8 hours per shift, including 1.5 hours of waiting time)

Start date: By agreement
