Sjölins Gymnasium has been educating students through case methodology since 2000. Today, we have approximately 230 employees and about 3,000 students across our five high schools.

About Sjölins Gymnasium in Gothenburg

Sjölins Gymnasium in Gothenburg was established in 2001 and offers three university-preparatory programs: the Social Sciences Program, the Natural Sciences Program, and the Economics Program. We are an independent school centrally located at Vasaplatsen in a beautiful 1890s building. Currently, we have 480 students and 34 employees.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher, qualified to teach Spanish at the upper secondary level, and have experience teaching at the high school level. We value that you are goal-oriented, possess strong pedagogical skills, and can inspire and engage our students.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong desire to collaborate across subject boundaries. You are an engaged and independent teacher who thrives working with reality-based learning and case methodology. You have the ability to inspire and motivate students. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic environment where we strive together to achieve high goals and create an innovative learning environment.

The role includes being a class mentor together with a colleague.

The position is a part-time role at 70%, but there is an opportunity to increase the position to full-time if there is an interest in also working at a sister school.
