Our client is now looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITSM environments. Is that you? Then you've come to the right place.

Job Description

• Work with system development in the ServiceNow platform and ITSM environment.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, and opportunities for automation.
• Implement adjustments and optimizations, such as process re-design, configuration changes, and tool integrations.
• Manage and maintain documentation.

This is a 6-month consultancy assignment. Location in Linköping or Solna.

Travel within the assignment may occur. The assignment is performed primarily on-site at the office.

Requirements

• Experience and good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's features and capabilities.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow projects focusing on reducing customizations, reducing technical debt, and utilizing standard functionality to a greater extent.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working in teams.
