You will step into a large IT and business development program with a player in the energy sector, where a new Salesforce solution is to be quality assured all the way through to business acceptance. The role has a clear end-to-end perspective and focuses on ensuring that the solution meets requirements, process goals, and quality criteria before go-live.

You work at a tactical level and become the hub of quality assurance between business operations, project management, development, and external suppliers. This is a role for you who likes to create structure in complex test setups and who wants to have real impact in a business-critical Salesforce implementation.

• You establish and further develop an overarching test strategy as well as detailed test plans for BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• You lead the work of creating business-oriented test cases based on to-be processes and defined requirements.
• You plan, schedule, and drive the daily testing work together with internal testers, superusers, and business specialists.
• You coordinate preparations regarding test environments, test data, and other prerequisites before and during the test phases.
• You are responsible for the defect reporting process, including prioritization, escalation, and verification of fixed defects in collaboration with the supplier.
• You collaborate closely with project managers, the Platform Development Lead, and the supplier's test lead to sync environments and coordinate integrated tests such as SIT (System Integration Testing).

• You have documented experience in planning and leading acceptance tests in large, business-critical system projects.
• You have a deep understanding of test methodology and agile quality assurance.
• You have experience with testing tools and Microsoft DevOps.
• You can motivate, educate, and lead business resources that do not have testing as their primary task.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with testing in Salesforce projects.
• Experience collaborating with external implementation partners.
• Experience from the energy sector.
