You will step into a comprehensive transformation program where a new unified store solution is to replace older systems on a large scale. The environment spans cash registers, self-scanning, handheld computers, store-proximity equipment, payment flows, integrations, identity management, and new network structures, with SAP as a key backend and a new client platform for POS and mobile devices.

In this role, you lead the rollout from pilot to broad implementation in stores. You keep technical dependencies together, coordinate partners and internal initiatives, and ensure that every store is ready for Go-Live with the correct hardware, configuration, and infrastructural prerequisites. This is a role for you who enjoy complex deliveries close to the business, where you have significant influence over how a modern store environment is brought into operation.

• You plan and drive the rollout of the new store solution from pilot to full-scale implementation.
• You develop and further refine the rollout plan, staffing planning, and plan for collaboration with other projects and partners.
• You coordinate technical resources, suppliers, and activities with a focus on high quality and minimal impact on the store.
• You ensure the correct hardware, configuration, and technical preparations in the store prior to Go-Live.
• You lead the rollout and configuration of POS clients, self-scanning, and associated store systems.
• You coordinate dependencies with network initiatives, hardware lifecycle management in stores, integration platforms, and identity management.
• You monitor readiness, handle deviations, and report status, risks, and progress to the program's implementation lead.
• You drive the handover to line operations as well as the plan for decommissioning, data migration, and archiving of the previous solution.

• Several years of experience as a project manager.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure, hardware, access, and integrations.
• Good knowledge of client platforms and client management, especially Microsoft Intune or equivalent.
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers in implementation projects.
• Ability to lead technically complex activities with many dependencies.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

• Experience from retail IT systems and store environments.
• Knowledge of POS solutions, preferably GK Software or similar.
• Previous work in transformation programs or large rollout projects.
