You will step into a cross-functional product team that develops and improves digital customer experiences for both app and web, with a special focus on mobile interfaces. Here, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in a business where user needs, business goals, and technical prerequisites need to meet in well-thought-out design solutions.

The role has a clear UX focus, while you also contribute with strong visual design. You work through the entire design process: from understanding user behavior and identifying needs to creating finished interaction design and UI that works in practice. You also become an important part of the work with managing and further developing the design system used across several teams and digital interfaces.

This is a role for you who wants to combine hands-on design work with real influence over how digital products are developed and improved over time.

• You drive the UX/UI work for new and existing features in the app and web together with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• You create design solutions from user insights to finished interaction design and visual design.
• You plan and conduct user interviews, user tests, and analysis of user behavior to ensure good usability and accessibility.
• You create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and prototypes that make complex needs clear and user-friendly.
• You design interfaces that are clear, intuitive, and visually polished in line with design guidelines and brand.
• You contribute to using, managing, and further developing the design system as a common foundation for several digital products.
• You actively participate in work with A/B tests and conversion optimization to improve experience and effect.

• You have solid experience in UX/UI design for digital products, including practical experience in app design.
• You have strong ability to create interaction design and visual design for both app and web.
• You have experience translating business requirements and user needs into well-functioning digital user interfaces in close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• You have experience independently driving and facilitating A/B tests, customer interviews, and user tests together with various stakeholders and partners.
• You have experience working with and contributing to the development of design systems.
• You have very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

• Experience working in international teams or across multiple markets.
• Experience from the energy sector or other customer-facing and complex operations.
