We are now looking for an IT Support Technician for an Operations Center at one of the larger operations in the Nordics. Here you will become an important part of the team that ensures stable operations and quick handling of technical incidents during evenings and nights. The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, service, and technical expertise are at the center.

As an IT Support Technician, you are responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and resolving incoming IT-related cases. You function as a central part of the IT organization and contribute to ensuring that the business's systems, users, and technical environment run smoothly even outside regular office hours.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have previous experience with night work and shift work, and that you are comfortable with the requirements for structure, independence, and responsibility that work outside regular office hours entails.

• Handle incoming cases via phone, case management system, email, and chat
• Incident management and escalation according to established processes
• Onboarding and offboarding, including installation and configuration of equipment
• Troubleshooting of software, hardware, and client environments
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems within client, network, and access
• Contribute to documentation and improvement of internal routines and processes

• At least 2 years of experience working in IT support or service desk
• Experience with Windows environments and mobile services
• Knowledge of Active Directory and technical documentation
• Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
