We are now looking for a Technical Architect within IP/MPLS to join our IP Architecture team. Here you will work with the design and further development of Telenor's IP network – a central platform that enables all mobile and fixed communication for our customers.

You will become part of an experienced and technically strong team responsible for the development of Telenor's network infrastructure, from core to access, including data center and transport solutions. The team drives development all the way from strategy and design to proof-of-concept in lab environments, in close collaboration with the business, suppliers, and Nordic colleagues.

This role is crucial for ensuring a robust and future-proof network – something that directly contributes to our customers having a secure and worry-free digital life.

How you will make a difference with us

As a Technical Architect within IP/MPLS, you play a key role in designing and further developing Telenor's transport and core networks. You work with architecture, technical guidelines, and the long-term development of the IP/MPLS platform to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Develop target architecture and design principles
• Drive design in projects and changes
• Collaborate with operations and be involved in troubleshooting complex issues
• Develop configurations, participate in implementation, and drive cases with suppliers
• Provide expert support in complex technical matters

Are you the one we are looking for?

We need you who are on your toes! You have a genuine desire to learn and develop so that we can meet customers' constantly changing needs – today and tomorrow.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience with IP/MPLS networks
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, and MPLS
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with operator networks
• Knowledge of segment routing or automation
• Experience with data center networks
• Experience in an architect role
• Experience in designing and building provisioning systems for IP networks
