About the role

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will become an important part of the company's local IT support and act as the face of IT. You will work closely with users, offering fast, professional, and pedagogical assistance in their daily work.

A central part of the role is to ensure that conference rooms, meeting rooms, and AV solutions function stably and efficiently. You will handle incidents related to audio, video, cameras, screens, docking stations, presentation technology, and digital meeting solutions.

You will also work in the company's Walk-in Service Desk, where you assist users with IT-related questions, incidents, orders, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Provide professional and user-centric IT support on-site.
  • Be the first point of contact for incidents and questions related to conference rooms and AV technology.
  • Troubleshoot issues with audio, video, cameras, microphones, screens, and meeting equipment.
  • Support users during Microsoft Teams meetings and other digital meeting solutions.
  • Ensure that conference and meeting rooms are functional and ready for use.
  • Work in the Walk-in Service Desk handling incidents, service requests, and orders.
  • Register, document, and follow up on cases in the case management system.
  • Create and update instructions, guides, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other IT and support functions during major incidents and operational disruptions.
  • Contribute improvement proposals that develop support flows and the user experience.
We are looking for someone who

Has experience in user-centric IT support and a clear interest in AV technology, conference room solutions, and service. You enjoy meeting people daily and can combine technical troubleshooting with a calm and professional approach.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in onsite support, IT support, service desk, or a similar user-centric role.
  • Knowledge of or experience with AV technology and conference room solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting screens, cameras, audio equipment, and digital meeting tools.
  • Proficiency in working with case management systems and documenting performed actions.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits
  • Experience with conference room technology in a larger organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar meeting room solutions.
  • Basic networking knowledge related to connected AV equipment.
  • Experience with VIP support or support for management-adjacent functions.
