As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for leading the migration of leasing products from an existing platform to a new technical solution. You drive the project from planning and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and handover.
The role involves close collaboration with the business, technical experts, and external development teams. You act as the link between business and IT, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear and actionable technical requirements.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Leading and monitoring the project's scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Planning and conducting workshops with the business.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders, external vendors, and development teams.
- Managing project governance, status reporting, and steering group meetings.
- Managing risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
- Coordinating UAT, defect management, and production preparations.
- Supporting data migration, integrations, and cutover planning.
- Relevant academic education in IT, engineering, economics, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience leading complex IT implementation or migration projects.
- Experience with platform migration, digital transformation, or large-scale system implementations.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
- Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Experienced in working with external vendors and distributed development teams.
- Experience with agile, traditional, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Experience from leasing, banking, finance, or other regulated industries is highly advantageous. Experience with financial system migrations, product and portfolio migrations, and regulatory projects is also a plus.
