Work as a Consultant/Interim Tech Lead in AI via Ada Digital Stockholm. Lead AI development, Agentic AI, and modern system architecture.

Are you an experienced Interim Tech Lead in AI who wants to combine technical leadership with hands-on development? We are now looking for you for a consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm. Here you will work with modern AI development, Agentic AI, system architecture, and technical decision-making in a product team that is at the forefront of AI. This assignment is perfect for you if you want to continue developing technically while coaching other developers and sharing your experience. The assignment starts on September 1, 2026, and is a parental leave cover running until March 31, 2027.

What you will do

As an Interim Tech Lead in AI with our client, you will:

• Lead the technical architecture and make long-term technical decisions.
• Develop production code in React and TypeScript, among other technologies.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and technical guidelines.
• Drive work within AI development, AI-assisted development, and Agentic AI.
• Coach and develop developers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Work with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software development.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and other technical functions.
• Evaluate new technologies and turn them into practical solutions.

Your team and workplace

As an Interim Tech Lead in AI, you will become part of a cross-functional product team with our client in Stockholm. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other Tech Leads, where you together are responsible for the technical development and the product's future architecture.

The assignment is carried out in a hybrid work model with a location in Stockholm.

About you

We are looking for you who want to continue developing as an Interim Tech Lead in AI while helping others grow.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or similar.
• Deep competence in React and TypeScript.
• Experience in system design and software architecture.
• Good knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern development methods.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and a strong interest in Agentic AI.
• Ability to coach developers and create engagement through knowledge sharing.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
