About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an HR System Specialist who will be a central part of the HR team at a well-established company in the logistics industry. You will act as a superuser and contribute your expertise during the implementation and ongoing development of Heartpace and SD Worx.

The organization is undergoing an intensive change journey where you will have the opportunity to influence, improve, and ensure efficient HR processes and system support.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Act as superuser for the HR system Heartpace and the payroll system SD Worx.
• Support implementation, testing, and further development of the systems.
• Collaborate closely with HR and other business functions to ensure efficient processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a long-term sustainable system landscape.
• Provide user support and act as a specialist within HR systems.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience with implementation and further development of Heartpace.
• Experience with SD Worx.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR systems and system administration.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
