Do you want to work with development, automation, and improvement of business-critical IT processes? We are now looking for an independent ServiceNow technician for a long-term consulting assignment in Gothenburg or Solna.

About the role

This is a long-term consulting assignment where you will work on further developing, streamlining, and quality-assuring processes and automated solutions in a large ServiceNow environment.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business representatives, and the maintenance organization to create stable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

ServiceNow is the core competency for the assignment. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is meritorious, but a clear interest and good ability to develop within Power Automate is also relevant.

The assignment is hybrid-based, involving work both from the office and remotely. You need to be able to work regularly from your chosen location in Gothenburg or Solna as agreed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain functionality in ServiceNow
  • Create and further develop automated flows and workflows
  • Work on process automation related to ITSM and adjacent IT processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose suitable automation solutions
  • Work with integrations, rules, scripts, and technical dependencies
  • Collaborate with technical teams, the business, and the maintenance organization
  • Document solutions, working methods, and technical dependencies
  • Contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and stability in the platform
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Several years of documented experience working in ServiceNow
  • Practical experience in developing, configuring, and maintaining functionality in ServiceNow
  • Experience with automation, workflows, and process flows, such as in Flow Designer or Workflow Editor
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and adjacent IT processes
  • Experience working with requirements, technical configuration, and quality assurance of solutions
  • Experience with integrations, rules, scripts, or technical dependencies within ServiceNow
  • Habit of documenting technical solutions, processes, and working methods
  • Experience working in complex IT or enterprise environments
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate with both technical teams and the business

It is meritorious if you have experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, IntegrationHub, API and REST integrations, or JavaScript. Certifications within ServiceNow are also meritorious.
