Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will become a key player in a Nordic, cross-functional product team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across several countries to develop and improve digital customer experiences, with a particular focus on mobile interfaces.

As a senior specialist, you will primarily work hands-on throughout the entire design process – from understanding complex user needs and business requirements to delivering finished interaction design and visual interfaces. You are expected to take significant ownership, drive issues forward with engagement, and base your design decisions on user insights, data, and business goals. You will also be involved in using, maintaining, and further developing the organization's shared design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently work on UX/UI for new and existing features for apps and web, in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Create design solutions ranging from user insights to finished interaction design and visual design.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate user interviews and usability tests, as well as analyze user behavior to ensure good usability and accessibility.
• Create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Design clear, user-friendly, and visually polished interfaces in line with established design guidelines and brand identity.
• Contribute to the maintenance and further development of the team's shared design system.
• Actively participate in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Required Qualifications

• Extensive and long-term (senior) experience in UX/UI design for digital products, with practical experience specifically in app design.
• Strong ability to create both interaction design and visual design for apps and web.
• Experience in translating business requirements and user needs into well-functioning digital user interfaces in close collaboration with development teams and product owners.
• Experience in independently driving and facilitating A/B tests, customer interviews, and usability tests.
• Experience in actively working with and contributing to the development of design systems.
• Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English (as the collaboration takes place in a Nordic context).
• A strategic, analytical, and communicative approach with the ability to see the big picture and adapt communication to the audience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Nordic or international teams.
• Experience from complex, customer-facing operations (e.g., within energy, infrastructure, or similar large-scale flows).

• Contract Period: 16/08/2026 - 31/12/2026 (with good opportunities for extension)
• Scope: Full-time (100%)
