Job Description

The purpose of this assignment is to ensure stable, efficient, and quality-assured administration of a central business system by strengthening the existing team. You will support the central administration organization and relieve the business operations in daily work.

The role requires an independent working style where you are expected to plan, drive, and execute activities within your area of responsibility, while contributing to the development of internal working methods and routines. The assignment presupposes good pedagogical skills as well as experience collaborating with both business specialists and technical teams.

Goals of the assignment:

• Ensure an efficient flow of support and case management.
• Maintain high quality in testing, release, and configuration work.
• Support the business through training, documentation, and user support.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and routines within the administration.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and coordinate error reporting and support to end-users (both digital and on-site) in collaboration with business specialists.
• Follow up, handle, and report incidents in the case management system.
• Work with configuration and administration in the current system.
• Test new releases and participate in release management.
• Create, develop, and conduct training, as well as produce user support, cheat sheets, and digital educational material.
• Independently participate in and lead meetings with suppliers, partners, and end-users.
• Participate in projects, minor investigations, and sub-projects related to the system.

Required Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in administering business-oriented IT support.
• Documented ability to independently drive and execute administration activities.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Experience handling cases in case management systems.
• Capable of handling multiple projects or tasks in parallel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Reference Assignments: You must be able to provide two verifiable reference assignments of corresponding scope and complexity (role as Object Specialist, ongoing continuously for at least 3 months during the last 3 years, and executed according to contract without early termination).

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience from public sector operations (e.g., region or municipality).
• Experience with similar business systems and administration assignments.
• Experience in testing and release work.
• Strong pedagogical and communication skills.

Other Information

• Assignment period: 2026-07-01 to 2026-12-31 (preliminary).
• Option: Possibility to extend once for an additional 12 months.
• Scope: 100% (Employment rate can be adjusted if needed upon agreement).
• Location: Execution is preliminary on-site at the client's premises (Stockholm).
