ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our assignments in both the public and private sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the service management work for business-critical IT services and systems for our clients. You will work closely with business operations, IT, and other stakeholders with a focus on planning, prioritization, budgeting, follow-up, and long-term development of service objects. Furthermore, we are looking for you who have at least 10 years of experience in service management, IT governance, or similar roles, and who thrive in a consultant role with varying assignments and environments. You are structured, communicative, and accustomed to creating collaboration between business and IT. Experience with PM3, ITIL, or similar service models, as well as experience working within the public sector, is an advantage.
