Your role with us

As a planner within functional support, you have a self-directed and varied job with tasks that vary from day to day. You are accustomed to prioritizing, handling information, and creating structure. As a planner, you contribute with innovative thinking to systematically develop the operations. Your commitment is high, and you have the ability to collaborate with management and employees.

The tasks consist of staffing for acute and planned absences, handling resource shifts, and personnel supply with intermittent employees when needed. You are a support to the unit manager regarding administrative tasks as well as support in recruitment and follow-up of substitutes.

You work in Time Care Pool and Heroma, but are also helpful in Time Care Planning/Multiaccess. Being a support in the dialogue between payroll support and schedule support is part of your role, as is close collaboration with Time Care representatives. You are also a support in staffing issues towards unit managers and employees.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a high school education with a focus on care and nursing, an administrative education, or alternatively another education that the employer considers equivalent.

You need to have extensive experience in overall planning of staffing, administration, and recruitment. Since communication and documentation are part of your tasks, you need to be computer literate and have experience working in IT-based systems, as well as good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driver's license is an advantage.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions. Furthermore, we see that you have the ability to plan and organize your work. You are also good at following instructions, procedures, statutory requirements, and policies, as well as adhering to set schedules.

This is us

As a planner, you will work at functional support together with other colleagues and unit managers. Your workplace will be central in Kristianstad with proximity to train and bus connections.

Functional support includes housing within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), day activities, and personal assistance, as well as support for people with intellectual disabilities through housing support and housing within social psychiatry.

The operations of the Care Administration are directed towards the elderly and persons who need functional support, as well as persons with a need for home care. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
