Job Responsibilities

In this role as an Administrative Assistant, your duties will cover a wide range of administrative and financial tasks. You will be responsible for handling invoices, orders, and purchases, as well as managing mail.

You will also handle personnel administration and business follow-up. This includes preparing employment contracts and assisting with the induction of new employees. Additional tasks include scanning and archiving incoming invoices, as well as general document management.

You will also be responsible for order processing, communication with suppliers, and order receipt. Inventory follow-up is also included in the job description.
