We are currently building a completely new quality team and are looking for you who want to combine strategic thinking with practical action. You will have the opportunity to be involved from the start in this initiative and contribute your ideas and thoughts regarding the continued work.
The social sector is now making a long-term investment in the sector's quality work. We are establishing a completely new team consisting of a Quality Strategist and several Quality Developers. Together, you will work operationally close to the business and provide strong support to our unit managers, employees, management, and politicians in analysis, development, and improvements.

In the role of Quality Strategist, you lead the overall work of coordinating and developing the sector's systematic quality work. You serve as a strategic support for both sector management and operational activities.
Together with management and Quality Developers, you follow up on the sector's goal work, steering documents, and routines. You coordinate the sector's overarching annual calendar related to planning, follow-up, and quality. You compile the sector's quarterly reports, quality narratives, and assignments, and conduct proactive environmental scanning.
You prepare qualified decision support materials for the politicians, present materials at committee meetings, and support colleagues in drafting service descriptions. If necessary, you also handle requests for public documents.
You work with internal control for the social sector and lead and participate in various projects aimed at strengthening the quality of operations.
We are looking for you who thrive in a coordinating role at a high pace and who have the ability to reprioritize when sudden situations require it. You are analytical, meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you are collaboration-oriented, have an easy time building trust, and can express yourself clearly and pedagogically to different target groups. You have a good ability to plan your work and meet set deadlines.
For the assignment, you have a relevant university degree in social sciences or another education that the employer considers equivalent. You need to have at least 3 years of experience in similar strategic or investigative tasks within public operations.
You have experience working in a politically governed organization as well as experience writing reports, service descriptions, and decision support materials. You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations on systematic quality work (SOSFS 2011:9), the Local Government Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and preferably the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Office package and experience working with digital tools. We place great importance on personal qualities.
