About the assignment
We are currently looking for a junior lawyer for a consultancy assignment at IVO in Malmö. The assignment starts in June and lasts for 5 months. The scope is 100% of a full-time position. The work is primarily performed at the client's premises in Malmö, although remote work may occur.

Your responsibilities
Main tasks will include among other things:

• Confidentiality assessment of documents related to requests for disclosure of public documents.
• Processing appeals against disclosures.
• Processing cases regarding disclosures within private operations.
• Processing cases regarding the handling of medical record archives.
• Supporting managers and employees with legal questions.
• Conducting minor legal investigations within the field.

Your qualifications

• A law degree or equivalent education.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a lawyer.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to quickly analyze and perform legally secure confidentiality assessments.
• Good knowledge of the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Freedom of the Press Act (TF), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Administrative Law Act in relation to disclosure.
