About the Role

Do you enjoy creating structure in complex customer cases and making sure nothing falls between the cracks? In this role, you will support customers in the energy industry across a wide range of matters, from technical questions and order-related topics to payment-related issues. You will work in a cross-functional environment where close collaboration with several teams is key to delivering a smooth customer experience.

You will have full ownership of your cases and coordinate the right resources to move each issue forward. The role combines customer contact, internal coordination, and problem-solving, with a clear focus on resolution and customer satisfaction. It is a great opportunity for you who like working broadly, taking responsibility, and making a visible impact in day-to-day operations.

Job Description
  • You will provide internal and external customer support in areas such as technical questions, order assistance, and payment-related matters.
  • You will take full ownership of customer cases and make sure each issue is followed through to resolution.
  • You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer matters efficiently.
  • You will work closely with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams when needed to secure the right outcome for the customer.
  • You will help strengthen customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication, good coordination, and complete case handling.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide customer support across technical, order-related, and payment-related topics.
  • Ability to take ownership of cases from start to resolution.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, After-Sales Service, and Spare Parts.
  • Ability to work in a structured way with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
