About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier under one of ADDA's framework agreements in Sweden. We are now looking for an interim manager for a client in Malmö.
As an interim manager at the client's site, you will be responsible for establishing, driving, and further developing their category-driven working methods. The role involves ensuring that procurement and tendering processes are structured, evidence-based, and clearly linked to business goals, economics, and quality.
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader for this role. You have strong communication skills and can anchor new working methods and drive change through others. We also see that you are self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Assignment period and scope
The assignment is 100% with immediate start and initially runs until the turn of the year 2026/2027, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the agency in Malmö, with some remote work options available.
