We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Malmö, Emporia! 💄

What you will focus on

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in the team. You are the store manager's right hand and step in to take full responsibility when they are not on site. Even when you work together, you are actively present – you lead, support, and motivate the team to new heights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the daily operations in the store together with the Store Manager
• Coaching the team in customer interactions, sales, and work routines
• Contributing to the store's visual expression, campaigns, and "wow" factor
• Ensuring the store follows concept guidelines, meets set goals, and is always spotless
• Taking responsibility for staffing, operations, and inventory – especially during weekends and the Store Manager's absence

This is a fixed-term position starting September 1, 2026, for 25 hours per week.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who loves beauty, is driven by sales, and has natural leadership skills. You have a genuine commitment to seeing people grow and develop and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

We believe you have:

• Previous experience leading others – preferably within retail
• A coaching approach and the courage to give clear feedback
• A structured work style and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working towards goals and following up on results together with the team
• A passion for service and beauty – and perhaps a background as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or esthetician
• Extra points if you are familiar with Quinyx, have worked with campaigns, or have visual merchandising experience!

• Employment Level: 25%
• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract until August 31, 2027
• Salary: We have a collective agreement with the Swedish Union for Shop and Office Employees (Handelsanställdas Förbund)
