The Assistance Company is the market leader in roadside assistance insurance with over 300,000 customers in Sweden and its own nationwide towing organization. As we grow, we are now looking for inside sales representatives for our customer service team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an inside sales representative, you will sell insurance and services to our existing customers and assist with invoice inquiries, insurance questions, and similar matters. All sales are conducted via phone and focus on incoming calls. Your task is to deliver the best customer experience to every customer, in every call.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for you who possess high social competence, find it easy to build trusting relationships, enjoy working independently, and are result-oriented, goal-driven, and competitive. Previous experience in service and sales is a plus for this position.

To succeed in the role, you must:

  • Have a genuine interest and experience in sales, advisory services, and customer satisfaction via phone
  • Be a flexible team player and an ambitious problem solver
  • Have good computer skills and enjoy working with the phone as your primary tool
  • Enjoy customer contact and can easily adapt your approach to different customers' needs, lead conversations with a clear goal, and have a high customer focus
  • Enjoy working at a fast pace.

EMPLOYMENT
Hourly employment of approx. 50-75%

START DATE
As soon as possible or as agreed.

LOCATION
Top floor of the Prisman building, a stone's throw from Helsingborg Central Station.
