Do you want to drive data-driven B2B campaigns in an international environment where strategy, digital marketing, and AI meet? We are now looking for an experienced Communication & Campaign Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a global market-leading industrial conglomerate.

🌍 About the Assignment
As Communication & Campaign Manager, you will become a key player in planning, coordinating, and optimizing international B2B campaigns. You will support local markets throughout the entire campaign journey, from strategy and audience segmentation to analysis, optimization, and follow-up.
You will work in close collaboration with global marketing and communication teams, external agencies, and local marketing organizations to ensure that campaigns deliver clear business results.
🎯 Your Main Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize international B2B campaigns.
- Support local markets in campaign planning, activation, and execution.
- Ensure the right message reaches the right audience throughout the customer journey.
- Advise on channel selection and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with agencies on content production and campaign materials.
- Create engaging landing pages and marketing automation flows.
- Work with lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign results using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate data into concrete recommendations.
- Coordinate global programs and ensure effective collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
💡 We are looking for someone who has
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and campaign management.
- Experience driving integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to results.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Pardot/Salesforce or similar.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Practical experience with AI support in marketing, for example for content, segmentation, or analysis.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
- Very strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Assignment Details
