As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in further developing the business in Sweden by identifying new opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and driving complex projects from early dialogue to closed deals.

Your Mission
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategically important position where you will help build Aalberts HFC's position within data centers and complex technical projects in Sweden. You will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, installers, and end customers to develop customized system solutions and create long-term business value. The role combines strategic business development with technical project sales and entails significant responsibility for developing both customers and business. The position is field-based, and you will work remotely, preferably from Malmö, but we also welcome applicants from other parts of Sweden. Travel within the region and across Sweden will occur as needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and business development within the data center segment in Sweden.
- Process the market and create new business opportunities through close dialogue with consultants, contractors, installers, and end customers.
- Influence projects at an early stage through technical advice and specification work.
- Develop customized system solutions together with internal specialists and ensure high customer value.
- Monitor market developments and contribute to Aalberts HFC's continued growth within data centers.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a strong ability to take initiative.
You think long-term, take initiative, and create business by influencing early in the project chain, together with consultants, contractors, installers, and end customers. You have a natural drive to find new business opportunities and are at the same time a team player who values collaboration and good relationships.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience in technical sales within HVAC/refrigeration, energy/district heating, process industry, water quality, biogas, or data centers
- Experience in complex project sales in roles such as Sales Manager, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Project Manager, or similar
- Documented experience in both operational and strategic sales, where you have built long-term customer relationships and driven business from identification to closure
- Good technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into technical system solutions
- Experience in field-based sales and habit of working independently with customers and projects
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
