Pont Packaging NV is now looking for a Danish-speaking Internal Sales Representative for their office in Lund, with a focus on the Danish market.

Job Description

As an Internal Sales Representative, you work closely with both customers and colleagues within sales, purchasing, and logistics. Your daily routine is varied – you administer order flows, follow up on deliveries, and ensure everything runs smoothly from quote to invoice.

You provide advice, follow up on customer cases, and actively contribute to the sales team's common goals. The role requires a good understanding of the business and a natural sense for structure, service, and relationships.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle and process customer orders, quotes, and product inquiries
• Provide proactive customer service and follow-up
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure delivery times
• Support the external Sales Manager and Nordic customers with commercial and administrative tasks
• Maintain correct records in the ERP system (Exact Globe)

In addition to the above, we require the following experience and competence:

• A high school or post-secondary education in e.g., sales, administration, or economics
• Several years of experience from sales or order management within B2B
• Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems
• Very good knowledge of Danish, Swedish, and English, both orally and in writing
• Valid EU passport and B-driver's license

The Position

Fixed-term employment, with the intention to convert to permanent employment after 1 year. Start immediately as agreed.
