What the role offers
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will have an independent and varied role where you combine technology and business in close collaboration with your customers and internal functions. You will have the opportunity to work with both existing and new customers, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships and developing business over time. Furthermore, you will work to maintain and develop cooperation with external partners. You take responsibility for planning and driving your processes forward, while having support from a competent organization with technical specialists. You will, among other things, work with:
- Answering technical questions and providing technical advice and recommendations based on customer needs
- Collaborating with internal functions to develop technical solutions and cost estimates
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Driving and participating in improvement work internally, with customers, and with suppliers
What do you offer?
We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest and the willingness to be involved in helping the customer choose the right product or solution. You have a relevant technical education or equivalent work experience, as well as experience from the manufacturing industry and industrial automation. It is particularly meritorious if you have knowledge of linear and assembly technology. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have experience in technical sales, where you are accustomed to working with building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. You thrive in a role where you combine structure and business-mindedness with a relationship-building approach, and where you, together with the team, drive the business forward.
