Technical Sales Representative for Bonomi Scandinavia

Do you want to work in technical sales within a growing company where customer relationships, business acumen, and technology are at the forefront?

We are currently recruiting for Bonomi Scandinavia an engaged and business-driven Technical Sales Representative responsible for customers from Malmö to Stockholm, based out of our office in Malmö.

In this role, you will enjoy independence and professional development while working with a competitive range of valves and flow technology solutions for customers in water treatment, energy, process, and food industries.

About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer visits to needs analysis, technical advisory, quotation preparation, and contract negotiations. You build long-term relationships with both existing and new customers, acting as a key partner in their operations.

You will take over an established and profitable customer portfolio where approximately 80% of the work involves developing existing customer relationships and 20% focuses on creating new business. You will also participate in product training, trade fairs, and other sales activities.

You will report to the Sales Manager and become part of an experienced team consisting of five other technical sales representatives. Travel within the district is included, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you have experience in technical B2B sales, whether as field, outside, or inside sales, and possess a genuine interest in technology and business.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and engaged.
  • Curious about customers' businesses and skilled at identifying their needs.

We prefer candidates with post-secondary education in technology or sales. Proficiency in the Office suite and experience with CRM systems are desirable. Fluent Swedish, good English skills, and a valid driver’s license (Category B) are required.
