We are now looking for a Sales Manager with clear leadership skills.
We are seeking someone who wants to take overall responsibility, develop people, and create results through others.
As Sales Manager in our store, you will play a key role in driving sales and inspiring your team to exceed goals and expectations. You will be responsible for the overall operations, ensuring the store always maintains high standards, and working to create an engaging and motivating work environment.
Your Role – Leader, Culture Carrier, and Business DriverAs a Sales Manager, you share overall leadership responsibility with other Sales Managers. Together, you build the organization, establish structures, and create strong leadership from day one.
You report directly to the Store Manager and are part of the store's management team, where you participate in strategic decisions regarding sales, staffing, development, and profitability.
Your leadership responsibilities include:
Building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching employees towards clear goals
Establishing structures, routines, and working methods that create efficient operations
Driving sales development through analysis, follow-up, and action plans
Creating engagement, involvement, and accountability within the organization
Ensuring a customer experience aligned with our concept Good Hospitality
Taking overall responsibility for operations, merchandise flow, campaigns, and results
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in retail leadership, for example as a Sales Manager in a larger store or as a Store Manager
Is confident in leading through others and creating results through the team
Has good business acumen and works systematically with follow-ups and key figures
Is accustomed to recruiting, developing, and managing performance
Communicates clearly, builds trust, and establishes strong relationships
Has the ability to combine operational presence with strategic thinking

As part of our recruitment process, we conduct background checks on final candidates. About the Business
The store will work with a wide range of categories including:
Seasonal (Christmas, garden, flowers)
Home (kitchen, interior design, etc.)
Convenience (salon, bulk chemicals, candy, drinks)
Clothing & Toys
Our café, Enjoy
Opening hours are 9 AM – 8 PM every day. Evenings and weekends are a natural part of store leadership. We work together across departmental boundaries, and all leaders are expected to be operationally present when the business requires it.
The Position This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.
Start date by agreement, but no later than October 2026.
