Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lund

We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an exciting assignment in Lund, where your language skills will be a key part of creating a first-class customer experience. Here you will work with several well-known players in various industries, including insurance and telecommunications, in a role where service, problem-solving, and business acumen go hand in hand.

About the role

You will become a central part of the customer service team and have daily contact with customers via phone and email. You will primarily handle incoming cases, such as customer inquiries, insurance matters, and administrative tasks. The work is characterized by variety. You will handle several different assignments in parallel and work with different types of customers, making the role both developmental and dynamic. You will become part of a team with strong cohesion, where colleagues support each other and contribute to a positive work environment with high engagement and a focus on quality.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer cases quickly and professionally
• Manage and update customer registers
• Handle complaints, invoices, and orders
• Work systematically with administrative tasks
• Maintain price lists
• Work proactively with upselling

We believe you:

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as fluency in Norwegian
• Have a strong service focus and enjoy customer contact
• Like variety and can switch between different tasks and industries
• Are meticulous, solution-oriented, and self-reliant
• Have a strong work ethic and a flexible working style
• Find it easy to learn new systems
• Reside in Lund and the surrounding area and have the possibility to work from the office when needed

Previous experience in service or sales is meritorious, but not a requirement.

• Scope: Full-time, with the possibility of part-time (50–100%), Monday–Friday
• Monthly salary: 24,923 SEK + language supplement of 2,400 SEK for Norwegian language skills

You will be employed by Barona and the assignment will start as soon as the recruitment process is complete. Initially, the assignment runs for 6 months with good chances of extension and transition to the client.

Location: Lund (hybrid, with some regular presence in the office)
