About the Role
We are now looking for an engaged and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team within Coatings & Construction in Malmö. In this role, you will primarily work with customers in Sweden and be based at our office in Malmö.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Inside Sales team member, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities, customer service, and logistics coordination for assigned customer accounts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling order flows, logistics coordination, and sales-related administration
- Supporting Sales Managers with quotations, pricing, freight calculations, and sample follow-ups
- Identifying and following up on projects and business opportunities
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and logistics planning
- Daily customer contact via phone and email
- Delivering a high level of service and going the extra mile to meet customer needs
You will report directly to the Business Unit Manager, Coatings & Construction.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Commercial experience combined with strong administrative skills
- A genuine interest in the industrial B2B market
- An academic degree, preferably in logistics, business administration, economics, or another relevant field
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of any of the other Nordic languages is considered an asset.
