Job Description
As an Administrator with Executive Support duties, you will have a varied, independent, and responsible job where you work closely with the unit managers of the operations. You are a qualified administrative support in both operational and strategic matters. The role is central to creating structure, continuity, and good conditions for the operations to function efficiently, while you are an important part of the daily work and contribute to the development of the operations.
Your main tasks include personnel administration and ongoing HR-related issues. You are responsible for handling staffing and schedule-related matters in close collaboration with the unit managers. Additionally, you administer new hires, introductions, termination of employment, and changes in employment conditions.
The role also includes ordering and administering permissions, access cards, and other operation-related accesses. You provide support in follow-up, compilations, and other administration related to the operations, as well as being responsible for document management, meeting administration, and other common administrative tasks.
The work also involves close cooperation with HR, finance, IT, and other support functions within Region Skåne to ensure efficient administrative processes and a well-functioning operational support. Furthermore, you actively contribute to developing and quality-assuring administrative processes and create good conditions for managers and employees in their daily work.
The work hours are between 06:00 and 14:45.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have completed and approved upper secondary education, preferably with an administrative or economic focus. For the position, documented experience in qualified administrative work is required. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. You also have experience in personnel administration, such as payroll, scheduling, staffing, and administration in connection with hiring and termination of services. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and work unimpeded in various digital systems.
Post-secondary education in administration, HR, economics, or other education that the employer considers equivalent is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience from an executive support function or another coordinating administrative role. We would like you to have experience in administrative work within public operations or healthcare. Experience with Region Skåne's systems, such as HR-fönstret, Multi Access, and Time Care, is meritorious.
As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work independently, have the ability to prioritize between different tasks, and can handle several parallel processes while maintaining quality. Furthermore, you have a professional attitude and contribute to good collaboration with managers, employees, and other functions.
