You will step into a socially vital operation within social work, where a group of educators and lecturers need to strengthen their collaboration, shared vision, and psychological safety in their daily work. The assignment is about translating theory into concrete development in a knowledge-intensive environment, focusing on how the group functions today and how it can take the next step together.

You combine education, facilitation, and development work to create better conditions for sustainable business development and a good working environment. The work is based on Susan Wheelan’s Developing Group, Developing Self (Effective Teams) and gives you the opportunity to contribute with both structure, sensitivity, and practical change power. This is an interesting role for you who want to make a real difference in a group where the right intervention can have a large impact.

• You analyze the group's current situation and create an understanding of how the collaboration works today.
• You educate the group in psychological safety, self-leadership, and shared vision, linked to sustainable business development and working environment.
• You base your work on Susan Wheelan’s Effective Teams and help the group understand which development stage it is in and how progression can occur.
• You facilitate development initiatives that strengthen personal responsibility, shared learning, and collaboration in everyday life.
• You adapt the setup and working methods based on what is happening in the group and the needs that arise during the process.
• There is also a request that you initiate the work with individual conversations and participate in a joint information session prior to the start.

• At least 3 years of experience working with operations in the public sector.
• At least 3 years of experience working with operations within social services.
• Knowledge of Susan Wheelan’s Effective Teams.
• Experience working with psychological safety.
• You can provide premises for the implementation.
• You work with sensitivity and flexibility based on the group's needs.

• Experience conducting individual conversations as part of the initiation of group development initiatives.
• Experience holding information sessions prior to group development work.
