RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Payroll Specialist, you work with ongoing payroll administration, quality assurance, driving development work, and implementing routines and systems for payroll administration.

You will continuously work on improving processes and routines, as well as providing support and service regarding various issues to employees. You also serve as a support to managers regarding various payroll matters. Furthermore, you will provide system training to managers and employees.

In this role, you have great development opportunities through the variety of different administrative areas, as well as through our strive to always stay ahead and through collaboration with competent and pleasant colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

  • have at least a high school education combined with several years of experience in payroll administration. Post-secondary education within payroll is considered an advantage.
  • have good familiarity and experience working in Personec P and the staffing system TimeCare. Experience with the Medvind system is highly meritorious.
  • have the ability to interpret and apply current legislation and collective agreements related to the payroll area.

To succeed in the role, you should be a driven person who wants to take responsibility. Your ability to see the big picture and work independently as well as structured is important. You are stimulated by challenges and want to be part of development and efficiency improvements. Curiosity leads you to bring initiatives and ideas that improve our daily work to have an efficient and quality-assured payroll process.

Since you will become part of our support function, it is important that you are service-oriented and flexible in how you approach your tasks. To thrive in this role where you meet employees and managers across the entire organization, good social competence and the ability to adapt your communication to the different interfaces you encounter are required.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: By agreement.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the operational needs.
