RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Administrator, you work broadly with support related to employment, contracts, systems, and manager support. You will become an integral part of our HR team, handling both recurring HR processes and new initiatives.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Employment Administration: drafting contracts, handling changes, and terminations.
  • Manager Support: answering questions regarding contracts, working hours, and guidelines.
  • Coordination of HR Processes: promoting uniform and quality-assured working methods.
  • System Management: ensuring HR systems are updated and function smoothly.
  • Document Management: ensuring guidelines and templates are up to date.

In the short term, you succeed by quickly familiarizing yourself with our systems and processes, maintaining good order with details, and delivering high-quality service on time. You are attentive to needs and ensure that important tasks are not overlooked.

In the long term, you build strong relationships with both the HR team and the organization's managers. You become a trusted expert in HR administration and contribute to developing our working methods so that we work more efficiently and systematically.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply have a university degree in personnel, psychology, sociology, business administration, or law from Sweden or abroad, or alternatively, experience that we as employers assess as equivalent. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as English, is required. We consider it a great asset if you have previously worked with HR and employment administration. Experience with any HR or payroll system is meritorious. It is important that you feel confident with digital working methods.

Salary: According to agreement, in the range of approximately 31,500–35,000 SEK/month depending on experience and competence.
