Nordbro is a modern and visionary company specializing in legal services and debt collection. We have evolved from a small newcomer with fresh ideas on how legal services should be delivered to becoming a significant player in the Swedish business law scene. Our goal is to provide entrepreneurs with straightforward, unpretentious advice and service, focused on creating economic value. Today, we are approximately 30 dedicated employees with a shared vision of creating Sweden's best workplace. Our operations are split between our headquarters in Malmö and our local office in Växjö.

At Nordbro's legal department, we work with legal advisory services and act as representatives in contract negotiations, legal proceedings, and disputes. Our strength has always been our large litigation department, capable of resolving disputes in court.

Most of our clients are owner-managed companies, which means you will often have close contact with their representatives.

What do we offer?

Nordbro is a knowledge-based company offering a work environment characterized by continuous learning and professional development. We believe in our employees' ability to develop both themselves and the company's services. Our organization is flat, with short decision-making paths, personal responsibility, and collaboration to solve tasks.

We are now offering an exciting and varied position where you, as a litigation lawyer in our legal department, will primarily have the following responsibilities.

As a litigation lawyer at Nordbro, you will have client contact and manage your own cases in and out of court, supported by a competent supervisor. You will have the opportunity to specialize in a few legal areas, primarily driven by your interests and prior knowledge.

You will also participate in our telephone advisory service, where our client companies receive advice across the entire field of business law.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a qualified lawyer and have a good business sense and the ability to interact with people. You may well be a recent graduate with only summer jobs in your background, or you may have worked for a few years without finding the right role for you.

You like numbers but chose law over economics for the sake of argumentation. You are a curious, inquisitive, and social person who advocates for order and structure.

Finally, you appreciate a family-oriented workplace in nice premises with inspiring and knowledgeable colleagues. One of our key words is joy; it should be fun to go to work, and one of the company's greatest assets is the fantastic team spirit!
