About the roleYou will step into a central role in a retail business that is in the midst of a comprehensive digital transformation journey. Several initiatives are underway simultaneously, creating a great need for someone who can see the big picture, connect the dots, and make the change manageable for the business.
Here, you will be responsible for creating structure, clarity, and momentum in a complex change landscape. You will work closely with change leaders in various projects and programs, while helping the business understand the impact, prioritize correctly, and maintain a sustainable pace over time.

Responsibilities- You coordinate change efforts related to several parallel digital initiatives.
- You create structure and a unified overview of the change landscape.
- You ensure clear and cohesive communication with the business.
- You work closely with change leaders in projects and programs to create an effective and sustainable change journey.
- You support managers and the business in prioritizing and managing change impact over time.
- You build consensus among stakeholders at different levels and drive work forward even in pressured situations.
- You quickly get up to speed with ongoing initiatives and contribute directly in an active phase.
- You have experience in change management within complex organizations.
- You have experience coordinating multiple parallel transformations and digitalization initiatives.
- You have excellent skills in creating structure, a holistic view, and momentum in change-intensive environments.
- You are confident in handling demanding stakeholders and building trust even when the pace is high.
- You communicate clearly and effectively at different levels within the organization.
- You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
- You work independently, structured, and proactively with strong delivery skills.
- You easily get up to speed in new contexts and navigate confidently in complexity.
- Certification in structured change management, such as Prosci or equivalent.
