Do you have experience in change management and communication within large-scale transformation projects? We are now looking for a Change Manager who wants to drive communication and change initiatives in connection with a comprehensive system implementation.
About the role
Our client is undergoing a major business transformation where a new group-wide system and new ways of working are being implemented in the Swedish organization. The Swedish operations are first in line for implementation, meaning that experiences from this project will form the basis for future rollouts within the international organization.
As a Change Manager and Communication Lead, you will play a central role in ensuring that the business is prepared for the change. You will be responsible for planning and executing change and communication initiatives, supporting the organization throughout the change journey, and creating engagement among relevant target groups. The role involves close collaboration with project management, business experts, and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate change work related to new systems and ways of working
- Identify and engage relevant target groups and ensure the organization's change readiness
- Plan and execute communication initiatives for different target groups
- Develop and use relevant communication channels, such as intranet, newsletters, and information meetings
- Create and distribute information and communication materials
- Manage and coordinate dialogue with project stakeholders
- Contribute to the establishment of user groups and support activities related to training and change work
- Collaborate closely with project management, business experts, and other project functions
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in change management and communication in large-scale transformation or system implementation projects
- Has a good understanding of the interplay between business processes and IT systems
- Has experience in stakeholder management and project work
- Is a skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
- Has experience adapting communication to different target groups and using multiple communication channels
Qualifications that are meritorious
- Experience with international projects or group-wide change initiatives
- Experience with system implementations where changed ways of working have been a central part
