Winback / Customer Relations Manager

Svenska Trygghetslösningar AB – Malmö HQ

Do you want to work in a key role where you build long-term customer relationships, drive upselling, and ensure our customers receive a first-class experience?

We are now looking for a Winback / Customer Relations Manager for our headquarters in Malmö.

In this role, you will be the link between the company and our customers after a transaction is completed. You will be responsible for following up on customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships, identifying new needs, and creating long-term value for both the customer and the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow up with new and existing customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
  • Handle customer dialogues via phone and digital channels
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services
  • Work with customer care and relationship building
  • Handle incoming inquiries and guide customers to the right solutions
  • Contribute to reducing customer churn and strengthening customer loyalty

We are looking for someone who

  • Is social and enjoys working with people
  • Has a natural ability to build trust
  • Is driven and goal-oriented
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Takes responsibility and enjoys working independently
  • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or customer relations is advantageous but not required.

Salary: Fixed salary + commission
