We are now looking for a Booking Specialist for a growing legal firm focusing on family law, inheritance, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. Perfect Swedish is a requirement.

You will not be calling cold leads. Everyone you contact has specifically requested to be contacted. They have expressed interest in receiving a personal family plan without conflict and a legal book, for example, Inheritance without Conflict, written by the lawyer to whom you book the consultation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contacting individuals who have requested contact
• Understanding their situation
• Scheduling them for free legal consultation
• Following up and assisting them through the process

We work with clear systems, established processes, and ongoing training. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for development. Many who start in booking develop a deep understanding of the law, systems, and client processes. In the long run, there is an opportunity to continue working in administration, client management, paralegal work, or advisory roles.

We are looking for someone who:

A university degree is meritorious, especially in law, economics, administration, or social sciences, but it is not a requirement.

Compensation

• Base salary: 15,000 SEK/month
• Bonus: 250 SEK for every booking that leads to a sale

The goal is at least 10 bookings per day. We typically expect this to lead to at least 3 sales per day.

3 sales × 250 SEK = 750 SEK per day in bonus. With approximately 20 working days per month, this amounts to:

• Bonus: approx. 15,000 SEK/month
• Base salary: 15,000 SEK/month

Total expected compensation: approx. 30,000 SEK/month. For those who become skilled and consistent, there is an opportunity to perform significantly better than this.
