About the Role As a Customer Communicator at Fibio, you will work with contacting our existing customers. You will help them get the most out of their subscription by providing service, solving problems, and offering improved solutions when needed. This role focuses on customer care and relationship building, not on acquiring new customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers via phone
• Help customers with questions and provide excellent service
• Identify needs and suggest improved solutions where appropriate
• Focus on creating satisfied, loyal customers
• Contribute to a positive and engaged work environment together with colleagues

What We Are Looking For:

• You are communicative and comfortable talking with people
• You are attentive, solution-oriented, and professional in your interactions
• You are computer literate and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are punctual, responsible, and have high attendance
• You enjoy developing yourself and are open to feedback
• Previous experience in customer contact is an advantage, but not a requirement

About the Employment:

• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
• Remote work or flexible hours are not available – we always work together on-site
