This is not just any role – this is the role where your positive energy becomes the key to building lifelong customer loyalty! Here, you are the face and voice outward after an installation is complete, with the important mission of bringing the customer even closer to us. You never make cold calls. Instead, you contact customers who have already chosen us to spread good energy, ensure they are super satisfied, and cross-sell the rest of our smart product range. By deepening the relationship, you guide them all the way to the finish line of becoming completely self-sufficient in green electricity. A true dream deal for you who loves customer contact, long-term relationship building, and closing grateful, rolling deals!

What you will do:

  • ✔️ Spread joy & security: Contact customers after completed installation to answer basic questions, check in, and maximize their customer satisfaction.
  • ✔️ Create ambassadors: Handle customer reviews and encourage our satisfied customers to become proud ambassadors for our brand.
  • ✔️ Smart cross-selling: Guide customers further in the sales process. You help them lower their electricity bills even more from day one by offering and adding our other energy efficiency products to their existing system.
  • ✔️ Follow up with the customer: Ensure everything runs perfectly and that the customer feels completely taken care of on their journey to becoming self-sufficient in solar and wind energy.

We are looking for you who:

  • ✔️ Are a ray of sunshine digitally and on the phone: You contribute a high dose of positive energy that rubs off on both colleagues and customers. You have great communication skills and are passionate about providing world-class service!
  • ✔️ Have commercial drive: You have experience in similar roles within sales, aftermarket, customer success, or customer service (B2B or B2C). Experience in solar energy is a plus, but if you have a different sales background and the right attitude, we will teach you the rest!
  • ✔️ Thrives in a fast pace: You are motivated by goals, can work independently, and love a fast-moving, dynamic environment where you can create real impact.
  • ✔️ Are a digital whiz: You handle digital tools effortlessly and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
