As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the office for visiting customers and play a key role in our daily operations. Together with helpful colleagues, you will have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the office's working methods and success. Your responsibilities include meeting customers' needs for everyday services, savings, and identifying customer needs. You will actively work with your own customer processing and sales, while also supporting your colleagues. Additionally, you will identify customer needs for bookings with other professional roles, such as business advisors and private advisors.

You will report to the branch manager in Tomelilla and belong to a team of 8 people. This position is a fixed-term contract (approx. 1 year) with the possibility of extension, covering for a colleague who has moved to another internal role.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who have some years of experience as a Customer Service Advisor. As a person, you are sales-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and proactive. It is important that you are service-oriented and put the customer's needs at the center.

Furthermore, you have a strong drive and interest in financial markets and are engaged in your work. You are structured and meticulous, and can work both strategically with planning and practically with implementation and follow-up. We believe you are driven by finding simple solutions to complex problems and have good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people in different roles and at different levels. It is important that you can work independently while contributing to a positive climate in the team.

You are a communicative and service-oriented person who thrives in a role with high customer contact. You have a positive attitude, are meticulous and structured – while also having the ability to adapt to different situations.

We would appreciate it if you:

• Have a relevant higher education degree in economics or similar.
• Hold a SwedSec license for advisors. If you do not have it today, you will have the opportunity to study for it in parallel with your work.
• Are computer literate and can work comfortably with the Office package.
• Have experience in customer service, preferably within banking or finance.
• Have very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
