IMCD is looking for a Sales Support professional within Advanced Materials for our Nordic headquarters in Malmö. This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months with good prospects for extension.

About the Role

As part of the Advanced Materials team, you will work with Swedish customers and international suppliers, collaborating closely with one or two sales representatives.

The role involves:

• Order registration and invoicing
• Monitoring delivery times and pricing
• Logistics – Booking, monitoring, and price inquiries
• Purchasing planning and procurement
• Customer contact within your own business unit
• Creating deviation reports - NCR

Knowledge and Experience

We are looking for you with a few years of experience in the field. You have:

• Knowledge of process flows regarding orders, logistics, and purchasing
• Experience in sales support and logistics within B2B.
• Experience working in large business systems and otherwise good data skills are a prerequisite.
• A good business/economic understanding and the ability to communicate naturally and correctly.
• Strong ability to work independently, meaning you have planning skills and can prioritize your tasks with a high sense of responsibility.
• Good ability to provide service and communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you understand Danish and Norwegian in speech and writing. It is also an advantage if you have post-secondary education with a commercial/logistical focus.
