BD Malmö is affiliated with Autoexperten, a nationwide chain of retail stores and auto workshops, as well as a leading player in the Swedish automotive market, with approximately 54 stores, 370 affiliated workshops, and over 4,500 corporate customers. We work long-term to make cars last longer – through professional maintenance, service, and repairs for both private and corporate customers.

About the Role

As a Customer Receptionist here, you are the hub in the network between the customer, the workshop, and the technicians. You are responsible for receiving our customers, guiding them through the entire service process, and ensuring that every visit is a positive experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle customers at the workshop and via phone/email
• Schedule service and repair jobs
• Administer services/repairs in our systems
• Price jobs and contact customers with price quotes
• Handle warranty claims, insurance cases, and customer complaints
• Hand over and receive cars
• Work actively to optimize the workshop's operations, productivity, and customer flow

You work daily with the computer and phone as your primary tools and have close dialogue with our technicians and other colleagues.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from the automotive industry or workshop environment
• Have experience in a service profession, preferably with extensive customer contact
• Are sales-driven and thrive in an environment where customer satisfaction and results are in focus
• Are good at building relationships and enjoy meeting customers
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented
• Are independent, structured, and finish what you start
