We are looking for a solution-oriented Customer Service Specialist for a leading global manufacturing company in Malmö. You will be the customer's point of contact both internally and externally, owning cases from initial contact to resolution. The goal is simple: satisfied customers and cases that don't fall through the cracks.

This is a fixed-term consulting assignment of approximately one year, starting in late June. It is a role for you who thrives in an operational, coordinating function where the pace is fast and many threads run in parallel.

• Provide support to internal and external customers regarding technical questions, order processing, and payment-related matters.

• Take full ownership of cases and drive them to resolution to increase customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate solutions together with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal and external teams.

• Coordinate with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts regarding spare parts and aftermarket cases.

• Maintain documentation and follow-up for each case in the company's business system.

• Experience in customer service or case management in an industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

• Proficient in working with SAP, preferably SAP Customer Service (CS), or have strong system skills and learn new business systems quickly.

• Understanding of supply chain and how orders, deliveries, and aftermarket are interconnected.

• Commercial mindset and confidence in customer interactions.

• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing (working language). Swedish is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications: previous experience with After-Sales, spare parts, or order flows in SAP, as well as experience collaborating with sales and supply chain functions.

• The assignment is on-site in Malmö, with no remote work options.

• This is a consulting assignment via Shark. Start date in late June, and the assignment runs for approximately one year.
