At Landskrona Omsorg, you will have a key role in information security, data protection, and contingency planning – three areas crucial for ensuring a robust and reliable operation.

About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for implementing, developing, and managing systematic work within information security, data protection (GDPR), and contingency planning. You will work closely with various operations and functions within the City of Landskrona to ensure that information is accessible, confidential, and accurate.

The role involves both strategic and operational elements, where you serve as a key support to both operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage information security work according to ISO 27000, including risk analyses, information classification, and supplier security.
• Coordinate data protection work (GDPR), such as DPIAs, processing registers, and data processing agreements.
• Drive contingency and continuity work, including plans for crisis and war.
• Support operations and management through guidelines, training, and advisory services.
• Monitor legal requirements and the external environment, and contribute to operational development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in information security, law, public administration, contingency planning, or equivalent.
• Professional experience in one of these areas.
• Experience in project management or process management.
• Strong ability to analyze and apply laws and regulations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of information security, data protection, and contingency planning.
• Understanding of working in a politically governed organization.
