TIP Group is one of Europe's leading service providers for equipment. We specialize in the rental and leasing of trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, tank vehicles, and other equipment to the transport industry. Our solutions are combined with a wide range of services such as maintenance, accident repairs, fleet management, and telematics – providing our customers with even greater value.
We are now looking for a Fleet Controller Assistant who wants to contribute to driving the branch's profitability by delivering first-class service to both national and international customers. The role involves actively contributing to business processes with a focus on the operation and maintenance of our fleet and customers.
Your responsibilities
✔️ Project management
✔️ Manage supplier purchase order numbers
✔️ Upload protocols and documents in Matrix and ensure our business system is updated with correct fleet data
✔️ Credit management
✔️ Perform controls in the AP process: control of received invoices, first-step resolution of on-hold invoices, delegation to PO creators, as well as control of customer statements and general follow-up
✔️ Charging of fines
✔️ Work with ownership changes, re-registration, new registration, and deregistration (car + trailer)
✔️ Support Fleet Controlling
✔️ Administration of insurance claims
What you bring
✔️ Experience from the trailer industry or work with heavy vehicles
✔️ Technical background
✔️ Good IT skills, especially in Excel and MS Office
✔️ Strong administrative ability
✔️ Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
✔️ Ability to work independently and take responsibility
✔️ A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility for your work
✔️ Experience handling insurance claims is an advantage
✔️ Good humor – we work hard, but we also like to laugh
