We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to the Labor Ward, Newborn Unit (BB) and Neonatal Department, Gynecology Clinic, and Specialist Maternal Care, Hospital in Ystad.
We are an emergency hospital with 24/7 operations and a wide range of specialized and planned care. We have short decision-making paths and close collaboration between different operational areas, along with a strong sense of community.
The operations include emergency care, inpatient care, and outpatient visits. The majority of working hours will be located at the Labor Ward, Newborn Unit (BB), and Neonatal Department. Those who work within the operations are medical secretaries, nursing assistants, nurses, midwives, and doctors. Together, we are approximately 110 employees.
We are engaged both locally, regionally, and nationally regarding our areas of expertise: women's health, women's healthcare, maternity care, newborn care, and neonatal care.
Our Executive Assistant plays a central role in daily operations. The workday is filled with joy because we share the same goals - teamwork, trust, care, and order. You will be introduced by our current Executive Assistant who is retiring.

As an Executive Assistant with us, you will have a varied and independent job. Your main tasks are to handle HR and daily staffing during vacancies, ensuring that each work shift has the right mix of competencies in collaboration with unit managers. Furthermore, you will handle administration for new hires and job terminations, permissions, and assist with competencies within your specific area of knowledge. This autumn, we will work more in the Competence and Service Platform, which you will also be involved in.
We are looking for you who have completed and approved upper secondary education. You have experience in personnel administrative work, for example, in payroll administration, scheduling, and/or staffing with good references. For the position, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both in writing and speech. It is an advantage if you have experience working within healthcare. It is meritorious if you have experience with the digital systems used in Region Skåne such as HR-fönstret, Multiacess, and Timecare.
